Dochidochico A Feeling Inside

Sometimes moments come in life when a person grows completely quiet. The person in front can see you, but it feels like they cannot hear you. The heart and mind get caught in a strange kind of silence. This restless and tangled feeling can be called dochidochico. It is that moment when a person cannot understand what thoughts they are lost in or which path they are walking on.

The weight of inner silence

When the complications of life keep increasing, a person keeps getting quieter. Many times it feels like we want to tell someone something but the words just cannot come out. We look at the person in front of us, but our mind is so full that we cannot hear what they are saying. This is the state where dochidochico silently finds its place.

When complications take over life

This often happens when a person gets so tangled in life that the desire to resolve things falls behind. After seeing disappointment again and again, the heart becomes so tired that even the good colors start to look the same. A person feels such a heavy pressure inside that even holding on to hope becomes difficult. This is where dochidochico begins, when a person finds it hard to even understand themselves.

When hope fades

When someone feels that nothing matters anymore, the truth is that everything has already changed. When the colors of life start to feel the same whether bright or dark, a person grows numb inside. People stop holding on to hope and stop creating hope because they feel these emotions can no longer grow inside them. Dochidochico pushes a person into darkness where returning from is not easy.

Trying to hold yourself together

Everyone can handle themselves only up to a point. But when the complications grow so much that they trap us, a person becomes tired. Even after trying again and again, when nothing makes sense, a person feels helpless. This helplessness is the core feeling of dochidochico. In such moments it becomes important to understand what thoughts a person is drowning in.

A heavy mind and a lost person

Sometimes the person in front of us cannot hear what we are saying. They are lost in their own thoughts. There is so much going on in their mind that they cannot figure out what to respond to and what to feel. This is an important state because it shows how much pressure a person is carrying inside. This is the real effect of dochidochico: a person gets lost in their own world and bringing them back becomes difficult.

The need to understand life

When all this happens, the first need is to understand ourselves. What thought put this much weight on us, which idea stopped us, which moment dimmed our light. Understanding these things is important or else dochidochico starts eating a person from the inside. This is the moment when we need to pause and look at our thoughts.

The first step to getting out of dochidochico

In the end of this article, according to me, The first step to getting out of this feeling is to understand your silence. Silence tells a lot. When we ask ourselves questions, somewhere answers start to appear. It is a slow process but it is necessary. When a person recognizes their thoughts, slowly they can come out of this tangled state.
